3. Once the contract is signed, our company will deliver the goods in a timely manner in accordance with the contract requirements (and submit the corresponding technical documents as required by the user). If the delivery is not made in a timely manner, our company will accept the penalties specified in the contract.
4. Our company can provide free services such as technical consultation on related products and on-site construction.
5. The main contents of our on-site services include: providing operating parameters such as inductance, capacitance, impedance, and current-carrying capacity during cable operation; providing corresponding construction and installation guidance services.
6. Under normal working environment and usage conditions, the warranty period of our company's cables is one year, and the service life of the cables is more than 20 years. If problems occur due to the quality of the cable products after installation and commissioning, leading to accidents, our company will promptly be responsible for replacement or corresponding repairs to ensure the quality is up to standard.
7. If any quality problems of the cable products are found during installation, commissioning, or normal operation, our company will dispatch professional personnel to the site for investigation and handling within 24 hours within the province from the time of receiving the user's call or fax. With the premise of user satisfaction, we will provide your company with comprehensive technical services.
